Transfer sesama Bank Mandiri kok tidak real time?
Saya ingin share pengalaman yang cukup bikin capek hati terkait proses transfer antar sesama rekening Bank mandiri yang TIDAK REAL TIME!
OK lah kalau transfer antar bank berbeda butuh waktu berdasarkan RTGS. Tapi ini transfer sesama Bank Mandiri kok bisa 3 hari baru sampai!
- Kejadian Pertama : Transfer via Mobile Banking hari sabtu tanggal 14/11/2015 jam 17:58 dengan no ref #52805***** untuk pembayaran bahan bangunan ke toko material. Saya sudah kirim bukti tranfer ke pihak material dan ngomong sampai berbusa-busa dan berdebat untuk kirim screenshot bukti catatan mutasi rekening tapi pihak material sampai hari senin tgl 16/11/2015 belum juga terima. Uang baru diterima pas hari selasa sore tanggal 17/11/2015
- Kejadian Kedua: Transfer dari Merchant money changer pada hari ini tanggal 16/12/2015 dengan no ref #20151216133960**** pada jam 13:00. Sampai pukul 15:44 uang belum juga sampai. Padahal ini transfer sesama rekening Mandiri! Sudah lapor berbusa-busa ke pihak CS. Dari pihak CS cuman bilang tunggu aja pak sabar!
Moral Story:
Saya sudah tidak percaya lagi Bank Mandiri dalam hal urusan transfer. Saya mending pakai transaksi cash saja. Layanan transfernya tidak reliable dan tidak realtime! Untuk urusan yang urgent TIDAK disarankan tranfer pakai Bank Mandiri. Bank-nya sudah terlalu gemuk dan potensi resikonya makin tambah besar.

Dear GFI BackUp customer,
GFI Software is discontinuing all commercial editions of GFI BackUp.
Throughout 2012:
GFI will continue to provide support to all GFI BackUp customers who hold a valid maintenance agreement, and will continue to provide fixes and patches as appropriate.
GFI will no longer renew any current GFI BackUp maintenance agreements; the product is no longer being sold, effective January 1, 2012.
As of January 1, 2013:
As of this date, GFI will no longer support, develop or sustain the GFI BackUp product line. GFI will not develop or change any code related to GFI BackUp for support or any other purposes.
The freeware version of GFI BackUp will continue to be provided as is.
